Embracing Faces

  I am a local artist born and raised in Minnesota. I live in the Minneapolis area with my son. You can see us in the picture to your right along with a drawing I did of us.

  I use charcoal pencils to make my portraits. My combination of blending and shading techniques is what makes my art pop and gives them a realistic feel. 

  I create two types of portraits you can purchase. If you have a favorite actor/actress or musician I can customize a charcoal drawing of that person for you. Or I can take a family photo and customize a charcoal drawing of a loved one. They make great gifts!
