Embracing Faces

            I had the best time selling my art at Wizard World Comicon! I have always been a fan of this world and I was truly excited to not just be a visitor this year but to also be a part of the Artist Alley.

           This is an event where comic book, sci-fi, fantasy and anime lovers come together in one place. Everyone has their own reasons for attending this event. Some like to find rare comic books you cant find anywhere ells. Some enjoy being able to look at the biggest variety of merchandise. Some people like to come to expand their collection of rare-one of a kind local art, books, comic books, and hand crafted items. Some love attending so they can meet their favorite celebrities, get pictures taken with them and leave with an autograph.  My personal favorite reason for attending comicon is to escape reality and join the cosplay. Many people come dressed up as their favorite character and others come fully in character providing the greatest experience.

            Forgive me, I got excited when I saw my favorite characters and took many pictures. I failed to get pictures of all varieties of cosplay genre. Believe me, all categories of the fiction world show up in costume. Next year I will make it a priority to get a wide expansion of photographs!
